Make Your Neighborhood Luminary Tradition Easy

Create a beautiful, coordinated neighborhood luminary display without creating a mountain of work for your HOA board or volunteers.

The FLIC Homeowner Association Program is designed specifically for HOAs and community associations. We make it easy for your residents to participate with special HOA pricing, a dedicated ordering page for your community, and more than two decades of experience helping neighborhoods create memorable luminary displays.

FLIC HOA programs receive a 20% discount on luminary purchases.

Whether you're starting a new Christmas tradition or replacing disposable paper-bag luminarias with durable luminaries that can return year after year, FLIC can help.

How the FLIC HOA Program Works

1. Choose Your Luminaries

Choose the FLIC luminary colors, lighting and accessories that work best for your neighborhood. We can help you select a combination that creates a beautiful, consistent look throughout your community.

2. Set Up Your HOA Program

Contact FLIC with information about your neighborhood and program. We'll help you get everything organized and answer any questions you have.

3. We Create Your HOA Ordering Page

FLIC can create a dedicated ordering page specifically for your HOA. Residents can visit the page and order the luminaries and quantities they need while receiving your community's special program pricing.

4. Homeowners Place Their Own Orders

There's no need for an HOA volunteer to collect everyone's money or keep track of individual purchases. Residents can place their own orders directly through FLIC.

You create the neighborhood tradition. We make it easy for your residents to participate.

Shipping Options

Most homeowner orders can be shipped directly to the individual resident.

For some HOA programs, consolidated neighborhood shipping may also be available. When practical, multiple orders can be combined into a neighborhood shipment to help reduce shipping costs. Contact us and we'll help determine the best ordering and delivery arrangement for your community.

Made for Neighborhood Traditions That Last

FLIC has been working with homeowner associations and neighborhood groups for more than 20 years. We understand that a successful community luminary program needs to look beautiful while remaining easy enough to organize and repeat year after year.

FLIC Luminaries are made from durable, hard plastic for years of seasonal outdoor use. They're designed to withstand rain, snow, ice, heat and wind, and they're backed by our 10-Year Luminary Durability Warranty for both residential and commercial use.

Unlike disposable paper-bag luminarias, FLIC Luminaries can be stored after the season and brought back out year after year. They nest compactly, too, so homeowners don't need a garage full of boxes to keep the tradition going.
