Returns & Refunds

Eligible products purchased directly from FLIC may be returned in accordance with our 30-Day Return & Satisfaction Guarantee.

Returned merchandise must meet the conditions stated in our Return Policy. Applicable return shipping costs, original shipping charges and restocking fees are governed by that policy.

FLIC 10-Year Luminary Durability Warranty

FLIC Luminaries are backed by our 10-Year Luminary Durability Warranty, which applies to qualifying residential and commercial use.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, prorated replacement protection and claim procedures are governed by the complete warranty terms.

Specified factory-flawed luminaries may carry different warranty coverage as disclosed when sold.

Safe & Responsible Product Use

Customers are responsible for using FLIC products safely, appropriately and according to product instructions.

Products involving candles, electricity, light strings, bulbs or other lighting equipment should be used with appropriate care and supervision. Customers are responsible for following applicable safety instructions and warnings and for using products in a manner appropriate for their intended purpose.

Intellectual Property
