Bringing the Spirit of Santa Fe to Texas
In the fall of 2021, FLIC Luminaries was contacted by the Sewell Family of Companies, a major automotive dealership organization, with an ambitious holiday lighting project.
Their vision was to illuminate the rooftops of their dealership at the Parks Legado Town Shopping Center with thousands of luminarias, recreating the beautiful atmosphere of Santa Fe's famous Christmas Eve Farolito Walk along Canyon Road.
It was an exciting opportunity to bring a cherished Southwestern holiday tradition to a large commercial property.
Thousands of Rooftop Luminaries
Working closely with the outstanding team at Sewell, we helped bring this ambitious project to life. Thousands of FLIC Luminaries transformed the building rooftops into a spectacular holiday display throughout the 2021 Christmas season.
The project demonstrated how traditional luminarias can be used on a much larger scale, bringing the warmth and beauty of a familiar holiday tradition to modern commercial architecture.
